To change your contact details for broadband and home phone, just go to Edit My Details and follow the instructions. For mobile, log in to My Account and change your details there.

Yes you can. This will allow someone to handle your account and talk to us when you’re not able to. To set this up, just get in touch.

In such circumstances, we understand that things are hard enough. We’ll try and make this as easy as possible.

Just scan a copy of the death certificate and email it to:

Alternatively you can post a copy to Plusnet PLC, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1 2GU.

You can also transfer the account to a new name by requesting this along with a copy of the death certificate.
